Update on the third book in the series

I've got our hero, Richard Baxter, nearly imbedded in another situation that he'll again discover involves more than initially anticipated.  But with his wits, The Acid Portal, the aid of a few trusted adventurers, and a peristent desire to see things through, he should make it.  This time he's down in Florida, and although the weather is pleasant, some of the people he encounters aren't...looks like he'll have to take some more ugly types down.

Thanks to everyone for being early readers.  I'm currently at work on the third title ("The Reader Along the Coast") and have our hero journeying to his next locale for further adventures.  I'll be out of the country later this month for a few days, but will be continuously mulling the plot line.
